Telemarketing Executive motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and high-quality B2B sales environment is sought by a rapidly growing Fintech organisation in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. Over the last two years, the company has experienced unprecedented growth with their retail finance product offering to appeal to all companies from SMEs to Tier 1 retailers.
The Telemarketing Executive will join their Business Development team and be responsible for developing an interest in their product - booking in appointments, demonstrations, and client visits. There are great progression opportunities available to move into Business Development Executive and Manager Roles, as well as get invited to client meetings and demonstrations if you are performing well!
The successful Telemarketing Executive should have:
Experience working in a Sales environment - ideally B2B phone based selling
Proven ability to hit targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The motivation to sell intelligently and develop their customer base
Ability to quickly pick up product information and inform customers
An understanding of Microsoft Office and basic level of computer literacy
