SF Group are currently looking for an Administrator to work on a temporary ongoing contract for a company based in the Coventry.

Applicants must have previous office administration experience and someone with good computer skills is very much desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry
  • Answering phone calls and making calls (no cold calls)
  • MS Office - word and excel
  • Typing quotes up
  • Dealing with incoming customer queries
  • Scanning, copying, organising filing
  • Processing sales orders
  • Problem solving
  • Updating customer spread sheets

Candidate Specification:

  • Someone with good communication skills
  • Experience in working in a busy office
  • Confident individual
  • Fantastic admin skills
  • A hard worker who is fully committed

Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Job Location: West Midlands
