Contracts Cleaning/Account Manager for a Facilities Management company with sites around Kidderminster

Client Details

This client is an established soft services company who work with a variety of clients in various sectors: Manufacturing, Retail, Car Showrooms, Medical Centres, Retirement homes etc.

Description

Manage New Customer Contracts to launch

Attend new sites with the Managing Director/Operations Manager

Proactively lead and follow through on contract requirements following the implementation plan.

Deal with TUPE transfer requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

Recruit Staff

Work with the Head Office to ensure all payroll records are complete (including DBS checks).

Ensure a full team of fully trained and equipped operatives are in place

Ensure all administrative and site paperwork, materials, equipment and other supplies are in place for a smooth launch of the contract.

Ensure consumables, washroom services etc. are set up and communicated accordingly to meet customer needs.

Holidays, sickness and overtime

Disciplinary and Grievance procedures

Monthly Client Auditing

Weekly reporting

Profile

Knowledge of Risk Assessments. Method Statements and COSHH Risk Assessments

Thorough understanding of basic cleaning methods/processes including knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety and Colour Coding

Thorough knowledge of TUPE regulations

Knowledge of the impact of National Minimum Wage increases

Conversant in computing skills such as email, excel and word processing

Confidence in using new IT systems

Good communicator (verbally, email and written) and ability to build and manage great relationships internally and externally

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work to deadlines and communicate issues promptly

Ability to draw up and manage budgets

Ability to work both independently and effectively with members of the team
