We are currently seeking an Investment Support Team Administrator for a leading Finance and Wealth Management firm based in South Birmingham.

To prepare reports ensuring all processes and procedures are followed as well as supporting with low risk queries and account maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To complete all tasks delegated to them by the Investment Support Supervisor and the Investment Support Senior Administrator to meet SLAs
Collation and recording of current client data relating to investment holdings, to support the delivery of the DIS and PMS services
Compile withdrawals information
To respond to telephone and low risk inbox queries, escalating where necessary
Maintain agreed diary management and record keeping processes relating to ensure appropriate audit trails are kept in line with the Firms compliance standards
Maintain a clear understanding of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and how the company seeks to comply with this FCA requirement
Abide by procedures and standards in relation to anti money laundering, data security and confidentiality and to complete training and assessment as required
Any reasonable request made by Director/Senior Manager of the Company

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications:
Good knowledge of the Financial Services Market and Investment Products
Relevant Operational procedures knowledge
Provider valuation procedures knowledge
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Working knowledge of Pershing's Nexus, 1st software and Nexus Complete Software Systems preferred
Knowledge of TCF Principles and how they apply to the individual role
