Job Title:Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Outskirts of Coventry

Salary: £34,500 per annum (£17.30 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 44 hours, days only

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work within a beautiful nursing home based on the outskirts of Coventry. The home is conveniently situated in-between Coventry and Nuneaton and is within easy access of public transport links. The service is within easy access of local shops and facilities.

This medium sized nursing home creates a homely environment for their residents and staff. The service provides person centred care to the elderly. This versatile service also provides specialist cancer care, as well as care to residents with Huntington 's disease, Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

This home prides itself in the quality of care that they provide to their residents. The manager is looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work as a Deputy Manager and assist in the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Previous management or leadership experience is desirable for this role.
