The UK’s leading retirement housebuilder with a c. 70% share of the owner-occupied retirement housing market is seeking a National Sales Training Coordinator to join its expanding team. As the National Sales Training Coordinator your duties will be to:

- Maintain relationships with RMD Secretaries and Training Administrators in the regions.
- Collate, record and ensure payment of invoices from external training providers.
- Maintain and update training records on the Learning Zone.
- Communicate to the National Sales Operations Training Manager information such as trends/ successes on regular basis.
- Set up and manage feedback processes on training courses.
- Prepare statistical reports on training information for management as required.
- Receive telephone calls and direct handle the caller’s query as appropriate.
- Prepare the Academy training rooms for scheduled training courses and meetings as required.
- Carry out all post course completion administration activities.
- Support Trainers in the preparation of course materials.
- Organise refreshments and arrange lunch for Academy training courses.

To be a successful National Sales Training Coordinator you will have the following skills and experience:

- Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of IT and in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases.
- Training in in-house systems will be provided.
- Detailed knowledge of all the following - office administration in a fast paced and busy environment, accomplished in the use of MS Office products.
- Experience of collating information and producing resultant reports including use of Excel.
- Monitoring / record keeping skills.

Extensive use of the VDU requires a workstation assessment to be carried out on a regular basis in accordance with Health & Safety (Display Screen Equipment) regulations.

The job is office based with the Coventry regional office, hours of work being 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Friday, but sometimes external visits may be required. Flexibility within these working hours will be required for example when internal trainers require support in setting up training venues or in meeting and greeting external trainers.

In return, the National Sales Training Coordinator will receive a salary of £23,000 per annum.
