The Role: Customer Service Advisor required for a long term contract based in our Engineering client's Coventry Offices Hours Monday - Friday for a 40 hour week - 8.30am - 5pm (£400 p/w gross) Duties include but are not restricted to: Customer Service Responsibilities. Answering 50+ phone calls per day Resolving customer issues Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries Root cause analysis and issue prevention Overtime paid at overtime rate. Skills / Qualifications: Current relevant experience required Able to multi-task Able to deliver a first class customer experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment A high level of IT literacy including Excel About Fircroft: Fircroft has been placing people in specialist technical industries for approaching half a century, focusing on mid to senior level engineers for contract and permanent roles worldwide.
