Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £18,500 per annum

About the role:

They are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their Customer Solutions Team.

They are looking for Customer Services Advisor who will act as facilitators between their Customers and the client. You will need to be a real customer advocate and provide help and advice to support their customers to be the best they can be. You will be supporting colleagues and customer to resolve complex issues and complaints. You will be empowered to provide customers with assistance in all areas of the business and work with key stakeholders to get the best outcome for the customer and the client.

About you:

- You will have worked in a Customer Service environment within a multi-channel contact centre.
- Liaising with internal colleagues to gather information and find solutions for customers.
- Taking responsibility for each call and ensuring the best customer experience possible.
- You will have experience of conflict resolution and root causes analysis and reporting on lessons identified.
- In previous roles you would have had to engage stakeholder's, utilising your strong communication and influencing skills to get the best outcomes.
- You will have the ability to work at a fast pace but remain organised and efficient.
- Naturally you will be inquisitive, see beyond the obvious and do not take situations at face value.
- A flexible approach is needed to your work in order to help contribute to Contact Centre targets.
- A can do attitude and a real desire to help their customers.
- Strong IT Skills.
