Role Profile:

This role is based at our largest manufacturing site, sitting within our demand and supply planning team. Our Rugby site is due to start a £multi-million investment programme, so the landscape you will be coming into will be one of great energy, advancement and opportunities. Key areas of focus will include:

Leading the manufacturing planning across the site, delivering the very best optimised availability, supply chain maximisation and waste reduction.
You will be a key link between demand & supply, site operations, product and drive site - proactively planning production, materials and inventory. You will communicate and drive the plan, ensuring that all parties work together together to achieve our ambitious volume targets and plans.
Inconjunction with the brand teams and procurement you will drive supplier and innovation activities.
Lead review meetings, making recommendations and analysing performance and areas of improvement.
Other areas of focus will include: driving zero loss initiatives, aid in the reduction of transport movements, quality performance, general cost reduction, best practice, master data ownership and driving accuracy.

You will be a broad skilled demand planning related professional, with fast paced manufacturing/supply chain at it's heart.
You don't need to have had FMCG or Britvic-related experience, the important thing is that you have that strong demand planning focus, with excellent analytical skills and exposure.
Exposure to stock modelling, master data and reporting would be great.
