Up to £20,000, OTE £30,000 uncapped

We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Executive / Lead Generator / Sales Appointment Setter for our client in Birmingham. Previous experience of telesales or lead generation / appointment setting of technology products would be of particular interest, although we will also give consideration to people without this background providing that you have proven experience in the job role in another sector. The opportunity for you to later move into field sales is also a very realistic goal here if desired and something that they aim towards for all staff who may like to later progress towards this.

Working as part of an existing internal and external sales team, your role would be to develop new sales opportunities and generate a number of high quality leads and sales appointments for your field sales colleagues to attend, so that they can discuss face-to-face the companies industry leading technology products. The company only look for their telesales team to complete the first stage of the sales process and then it?s over to one of the highly-experienced field sales team to then fully present and complete the sale. Commission is paid on ALL sat appointments regardless of whether your field colleague closes the sale or not.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking and who has a very steady employment history, who is very sales and target driven and is used to making a high volume of outbound sales calls and confirming appointments, is successful at speaking with decision makers at the highest level within a target business and who has fantastic rapport building and listening skills.

This is a full time, permanent position working 8.30am ? 5pm (with an hour for lunch) Monday to Friday. On top of your starting basic salary of between £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience, there is also an excellent commission structure in place for all qualified leads, with a first year OTE of around £28,000 available which is also uncapped and can be exceeded. Basic salary will also be reviewed during your first 6 months with the company. There is a possibility that starting salary could be negotiable for someone with very precise experience, but this would only be something that could be discussed upon interview meeting.
