Our client based in Birmingham is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold experience managing a team and working within a fast paced environment. You must have knowledge and experience of SAP.
As a Customer Service Manager your duties will consist of:
- Managing and developing a team
- Conducting all 121's and set individual goals
- Proactively work with internal teams to develop and improve processes
- First point of contact for escalated complaints
- Conduct audits on a regular basis to ensure targets and service are of a high standard
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold experience with managing a team
- Knowledge of SAP
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment is desirable
£35-37,000 + Pension, Bonus and Life assurance
