Simmatic are currently recruiting an office administrator, permanent potential but initially to cover maternity leave.


Around 30 hours per week initially across 4 days with some degree of flexibility around that. The suitable candidate will be proficient with using sage line 50 to input invoices and process sales orders, quotes with some bank reconciliation. We are looking for a bright friendly individual who can take all incoming calls, handle what they can initially then filtering calls as required (product training and guidance at hand most of the time, however, you need to be compliant with sage line 50), as well as any other administrative duties.


At the moment Simmatic could be strengthened with a methodical approach to contacting its historic and expired customer data base by way of phone call and email. We don't currently operate a CRM system but for a candidate who wants to take up this new development and bring in a CRM system that's suitable, for this candidate we would be able to offer a permanent move. For this, you will be a self-starter who wants to be a part in the future of Simmatic and add value.


Other useful things we would consider will be any marketing, telesales and social media applied within industry experience.

£8-9.50 per hour depending on experience.
