About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator (24hrs p.w) to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work in Derby.

What you'll be doing

As an Administrator, you will:

  • Control documents such as driver defect sheets, plant defect sheets, H&S documents
  • Book staff training
  • Completing suction excavator operator expenses
  • Book hotels, completing bookings, maintaining the hotel file, recording all relevant information and cross referencing with ATP invoices
  • Control PPE distribution, stocks and cost records

Who we're looking for

You will have:

  • Computer knowlege
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous knowledge of finance
  • Good teamwork skills
