Payroll & Finance Assistant
Opportunity to join large organisation on brand new site. This role will offer the right candidate an expansive look at the accounts and also involve the candidate in payroll.
My client is a large organisation, developing a new site within Lichfield.
The ideal Payroll & Finance Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with preparation of weekly customer accounts
- Time and Attendance and payroll information associated reporting
- Assist Assistant Accountant in weekly and monthly management accounts
- help with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Produce operational reports for customers
- Produce site reports, statistics and KPI monitoring
The ideal Payroll & Finance Assistant will have the following attributes:
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders; Internal and External
- Be able to work within a team or as an individual
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
