The Butchers Kitchen is to be a new concept restaurant in the heart of a busy and growing town. Working directly with the butchers shop to offer exciting and exceptional quality food and drinks. Our menu will be designed around looking into a butchers counter, serving steaks, burgers, chops and ribs. Also joints and Sunday banquet lunches offering a feast like no other. We also have access to a full cooked meat and cheese deli counter. The food is to be matched to fine beers, ales and wines working closely with our brewery.
We are looking for a experienced and motivated person who would like to come on this journey with us. Helping to build a team who can deliver a fantastic restaurant experience. The role will include setting up a new kitchen and helping design the menu. As well as training and developing new staff members.
The ideal candidate will have had experience running a busy restaurant Kitchen preferably as a head chef and be looking for a new challenge. You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will have full control of the catering and Kitchen side of the business and therefore be responsible and accountable for its upkeep and due diligence.
This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of between GBP22,000 and GBP25,000 depending on experience. With a performance related benefit package.
