Operational Shift Clerk We are recruiting for a Operational Shift Clerk on behalf of our client based in Burton on Trent . As an Operational Shift Clerk you will be responsible for various duties around the office and the warehouse Duties and Responsibilities of an Operational Shift Clerk Assist Account Director and Account Manager in the day to day administration tasks and managing projects.Assist with orders/quote requests and client liaison where required.To accept deliveries from suppliers via Goods In and check all paperwork corresponds.To count and QC check all deliveries and label and store away once complete.Report any QC issues with relevant Account Manager for them to discuss with supplier.Raise any paperwork/labelling issues with suppliers yourself.System Control for all inbound and outbound loads Allocation of stocks to outbound loadsControl of all relevant Delivery documentationTo ensure all stock is allocated to orders correctly ensuring that all customer instructions have been adhered to and is entered onto the system for pickingPoint of first contact for Planning, Molson Coors Demand Management, and Inventory control as appropriate.Operate systems; SAP, OPUS, GTS & PTMSPrint Transport report out twice per shift, re-set RDTUpdate PTMS "live" information for transport control, liaise with Planning for lates/no-showsDeal with out-of-hours stock issues where appropriateRespond to calls from Primary ops as appropriateAnswer Operations phones in management's absence as appropriatePreparation of documentation/performance indicator measures.Contribute to decision to which stock to leave off if trailer is over-plannedOperate over 3 shifts, and weekends - shift allowance included in salary Details of a Operational Shift Clerk Location: Burton on TrentGBP21k Per AnnumHours: Hours Tbc = Shift allowanceTemporary Skill and Experience of a Operational Shift Clerk Good written and oral communication skills.Be able to work within a team.Be an organised and efficient team member.Willing to help other team members when required.Be flexible and accurate.Have good admin experience and willing to suggest innovative ideas.Resolve delivery and storage issues.Attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Experience in database management and spreadsheets.
