Outstanding earning potential, excellent training, support and career path.-The Company;- Our client is a highly regarded, market leading manufacturer of energy efficient domestic and commercial ventilation solutions. - They have won various accolades as an employer of choice and offer excellent sales training and a bright career path. - They have a very stable sales team, with a real family feel. - Their range of products include;- Commercial Heat Recovery- Air Handling Units- Twin Fans- Smoke Fans- Roof Fans- Axial Fans- Controls and ancillaries- These products are used in major commercial projects such as Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Public Buildings, Retail, hotels, public buildings, football stadia etc. - Our client trades globally with a multi million pounds turnover.- The Role;- Due to growth, this is an amalgamated role of 2 former areas, across the North and North West of England. - Selling Commercial Heat Recovery, Air Handling units, Twin fans, smoke fans, axial fans, roof fans, supply and extract fans, controls and ancillaries. - Selling to Mechanical & Electrical Contractors (M&E Contractors). - Working in tandem with the M&E Consultant representatives, as well as the Main Contractor and Client End user reps, you'll be sharing project information across the team, so you must be a good team player. This is a project led role.- Looking after and developing relationships with approximately 50 M&E Contractor accounts.- Ideally meeting 4 clients per day and at least 2 contacts within each business, 60% of your time will be spent working with your project list. - You have access to an excellent CRM system, along with support from an internal sales team.- 40% looking for new projects.- Covering Stoke, Shrewsbury, Crewe, Chester, Llandudno, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Worcester, Telford, Stockport and Walsall, with a turnover of circa GBP1.5million.- The Successful Candidate;- For this M&E Contractor role covering ST, SY, CW, CH, LL, WV, DY2, WR, TF, SK and WS postcodes, you must be a confident, structured, competitive, engaging sales professional, ideally located to the North of the M5/M6 interchange. - Previous experience of selling HVAC products is advantageous, but not essential, as excellent training is offered. An M&E engineer or consultant looking to move into sales would also be considered.- Construction sales experience is a must, along with an understanding of how to protect, or break a specification. - You'll be typically targeting Project Managers, buyers and estimators, within the M&E contractor.- Experience with any product, sold into the M&E channels would be great. - That could be lighting, cable management, lifts, security systems, air conditioning, cooling towers, chillers etc. In essence, any building services experience.- The Salary;- For this M&E Contractor role;- GBP35K-GBP45K basic- Monthly, quarterly and annual commission payments- Min GBP20K on top.
