Warehouse Operative (temporary) A family business with a current annual turnover of over GBP15 million, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.As a Warehouse Operative you will be joining a company with a culture of fun and innovation, where we provide opportunities for achievement, and value the contribution of every single person. Although the Warehouse Operative role is initially a temporary contract for the Christmas period, there is a strong chance that the role could become permanent in January should you meet qualifying criteria.Your role as a Warehouse Operative is to help pick and pack customer orders ensuring an excellent quality of production where the customer receives their order, packed perfectly, on time. You may also be required to help out in a range of other duties to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.What will my main duties be? You need to be able to reach picking and packing targets within the first week of employment. Weekend only work also available from mid November Salary Up to GBP9.30 per hour dependent on age/shiftOvertime is paid for hours exceeding 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
