Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000

Our key client is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Customer Service Administrator to be based in Birmingham. Starting from £18,000 to £25,000 annually.

Job responsibilities :

Taking orders over the phone
Liaising with clients back and forth
Dealing with client & customer enquiries
Dealing with customer inquiries via email and over the telephone.
Updating customer details on internal databases.
Dealing with all associated administration.

Requirements:

Have excellent customer service skills.
Have excellent communication and listening skills.
Be computer literate.
Relationship building skills
Can do attitude
Data analysis skills.
Good online eCommerce sense.
