Main responsibilities

As a HR First Line Response Agent, you will handle high volumes of enquires through a range of channels, such as telephone queries, emails, quick chat and through our HR Portal; where you will be responsible for providing information surrounding company and policy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about developing their career within HR/Employee Relations. We will provide you with a clear introduction to HR and the fundamentals of employment law and explores the key issues encountered by HR practitioners, and is underpinned by structured career pathways within our organisation.

Ideal candidate

To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will have a strong customer focus, whilst being a confident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of verbal and written English. In addition to this, you will have a knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures along with the ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality. Most importantly, you will be passionate and have a demonstrable desire to develop a career within HR.
