ER Consultant | ER Manager | HR Consultant - ER

This role will be critical in providing a customer centric employee relations service, across UK multi sites, working with key stakeholders, implementing and embedding a range of policies, procedures and company practice.

As an expert in employment legislation you will manage multiple complex issues around the areas of: consultation | sickness and absence | disciplinary / grievance | performance improvement | discrimination | dismissals| appeals | employee conduct | capability

Educating, coaching and advising the business on ER policy and practice will be key - designing and delivering training, delivering presentations.

You will be the strategic lead on the ER side of projects and company activity.

ER Consultant | ER Manager | HR Consultant - ER

  • You will be a specialist in employee relations and employment legislation.
  • Proven experience of advising and steering stakeholders within ER
  • Advised to dismissal and appeal levels
  • Thorough understanding of applying HR policies and procedures within in the areas of employee conduct, sickness and absence, performance, grievance, disciplinary, investigations, dismissal
  • Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and its application within the defined areas
  • Have provided guidance and coaching via telephone, email, reports, interviews, in person to line managers
  • Able to build relationships quickly, influence stakeholders and push back when required
  • Highly organized, able to manage your own workload.
