* Ensure application and technical expertise is unparalleled and disseminated throughout the company to the Sales & Service technical support teams.
* Secure OEM approvals.
* Attend product and equipment launch meetings.
* Communicate to Sales team's innovations & regulatory changes.
* Research Suppliers / Manufacturers for required products / equipment.
* Analyse publications and literature. Follow technology developments at customers and evaluate competitive technologies.
* Analyse and answer application specific customer questions.
* Review and analyse customer complaints.
* Provide technical expertise to International Accounts, Regional and / or Country based Technical Support people and Sales Teams across Europe.
* Support customer acquisition activities concerning technical aspects.
* Participate in team and project work assignments; contribute to a positive working environment.
* Co-ordinate and control field experiments to validate results and solutions of Product Development.
* Maintain technical expertise through on-going research and technical education.
* Attend conferences and associations to introduce Maintenance and Partsmaster Platform innovation
* Attend monthly MIR call and Platform meetings
* When required represent Maintenance and Partsmaster Platform at meetings
