Are you a dedicated Senior Theatre Practitioner or Deputy Theatre Manager with substantial post registration experience? Do you have experience of leading a team to success within a clinical environment? We are looking for a Deputy Clinical Services Manager for a busy theatre based in Birmingham.

The site has originally built as a general hospital in 1885 has undergone several upgrades over the years and in 2003 became a privet independent hospital. With 118 beds, 6 CCU beds, 5 theatres, cardiac catherization lab, dedicated fertility and cancer centres all upgraded with a recently £4 Million investment in to the hospital has enabled the site to become a cutting-edge facility.

You will be a HCPC or NMC registered Senior theatre practitioner or Deputy manager who has extensive experience of leading a clinical team, you will have a previous track record of working in partnership with Consultants to explore and challenge existing practices while maintaining and enhancing existing standards in theatre. The role is a hands-on Management role where you will be expected to keep your hands busy clinically while deputising for the theatre manager. If you have your Advanced Scrub practitioner qualification as well this would be a distinct advantage.
