These roles are permanent with a 18 week temporary on boarding period.

The Weekend Only (and Bank Holidays) contract for the Customer Service Adviser role will be:

  • 22 hours per week - Over Saturday and Sunday
  • You will also be required to work bank holidays - that is a prerequisite of the role
  • 7am - 7pm hours Saturday and Sunday
  • 1 hour break
  • Salary £24k pro-rataed
  • £10.48 per hour per hour equivalent in the temporary 18 week period

The full-time Day contract for the Customer Service Adviser role will be:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Rolling shift pattern of 7.5 hours per day
  • Monday to Friday between 7am - 7pm
  • Very odd Saturday or Sunday
  • Salary £16,965
  • £8.70 per hour equivalent in the temporary 18 week period

Job requirements:

  • Answering inbound customer service calls
  • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Resolving queries, troubleshooting complaints, and 'owning' a solution end to end
  • Accurately logging and documenting customer information and detail
  • Liaising between departments to help find solutions
  • Ability to pick up new systems and processes
  • Able to work in a project based, changing and fast paced environment
  • Positive and professional attitude

Please note: You must be a car driver to be suitable for these roles.
