As part of a highly-regarded and professional team, you will join the established Campus Security department as a Team Manager, with all year round responsibility for the safety and security of the campus community, its property and land. You will be an experienced security professional with proven experience of effectively leading and managing a team of operational staff in a security environment.

Possession of a current and valid SIA Door Supervisor’s license and a current driving license is essential.
Please note: as this role will involve driving University vehicles, in order to be covered by the University Vehicle Insurance Policy, you must be in possession of a full UK or EU equivalent licence, which has been in force for at least 1 year and have no serious driving convictions (any period of disqualification must have expired by at least 1 year).
You will be required to work four rotating 12-hour shifts through a mixture of days and nights, with four days off, and over an average of 42 hours per week.
£21,585 - £24,983 pa depending on experience, plus 5.5 hours per week contracted overtime and 25% shift allowance (total package circa £33,080 - £38,287 pa, inclusive of all allowances).
