Front of House Manager for a 4 star Hotel is urgently required!

What's it all about?

Are you an experienced Front Office Manager or Reception Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge in a busy, well known chain of hotels in the Birmingham area?

Do you want to manage a team who are very motivated and passionate about customer service and personal development?

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for a team of receptionists ensuring that all bedrooms are fully occupied as often as possible by driving your team to achieve 100% occupancy.

You will pass your enthusiasm and experience over to your team to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times ensuring that Brand standards are achieved consistently.

You will support your team, manage the daily operation of the front desk and ensure that you have a happy team to deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.

You will need to have a proven ability to show that you can manage the daily operation of the front desk, from arrival to departure, ensuring the team covering the different shifts, morning, noon and night ensure the handovers are completed by every reception team member.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have a minimum of 2 years as a Reception Manager or front Office Manager of a Hotel
  • Proven experience of working in a 3 / 4 star or Red Star Hotel
  • Ideally have a good knowledge of Opera or similar System and be able to utilise this to its full advantage.
  • You will be smart and presentable, confident and have outstanding customer service skills
