Job Summary:

You will be providing high level secretarial and administrative support to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management to include organising any travel
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Preparing management reports
  • Preparation of mileage and expenses claims
  • Preparation of documentation for Management Meetings/Minute taking
  • Organising company events
  • Managing personnel files
  • Other duties as and when required
  • Usual secretarial duties; dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Typing correspondence
  • Electronic and hard copy filing
  • Adhoc personal duties for Director

Successful candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years PA experience
  • An organised approach and excellent time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good at prioritising
  • Trust and discretion/confidentiality

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

Salary:

£ 30,000 - £ 35,000
