REED Human Resources is currently recruiting a Business Change Lead on behalf of an industry leading organisation who are currently conducting a large scale transformation programme.

The role will have specific responsibility for managing a network of change agents and providing expert advice and guidance to the organisation design area. The role will also be responsible for providing oversight to other areas which sit within change, namely: Vision & Culture, Communications and Leadership.

The role will work alongside the Business Readiness Lead who has responsibility for the oversight of Learning & Development, Readiness, Process Adoption and Benefits & Sustainability.

The successful candidate will;
• Work closely with Programme Director to ensure business change activities are a) formally defined in terms of work areas and deliverables b) managed and controlled in terms of delivery d) managed against dependencies e) formally and transparently reported
• Work closely with identified internal subject matter experts to ensure there is business input and ownership over deliverables
• Build and maintain excellent relationships across the organisation in order to gain support and enthusiasm for the programme
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships through formal engagement approaches and ensure any issues are identified and addressed
• Manage a network of change agents across the organisation which ensures change is successfully delivered to every level and geographic location of the organisation
• Provide expert guidance to the organisation design work area through helping to scope, plan and resource this work area, provide insight into key risk areas and suggest mitigating actions.
• Ensure the complex area of Business Change and all its constituent parts are coordinated and integrated into the rest of the programme.
• Ensure Business Change and Readiness activities are fully aligned and dependencies and overlaps are addressed.

Technical knowledge / experience;
• Significant experience in working on large scale transformation programmes
• Significant experience in managing change networks
• Significant experience in organisation design
• Experience in culture change, leadership development and communications
