Our client, a well-established local organisation, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service and Sales Advisor.
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests
- Ensure customer service KPI’s are met
- Follow-up on customer enquires not immediately resolved
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Recognise, document and alert the Customer Sales Supervisor of trends in customer calls
- Ensure that all individual and branch growth targets are achieved on a consistent basis
- Prospect for new and lapsed accounts against targets as set by the Customer Sales Supervisor
- Study reports to determine profitable product switches within customer accounts and gap analysis
- Make daily calls from call diary and capture maximise and range extend customer orders
- Recommend process improvements
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees
