Our highly successful client based in Kenilworth is hugely expanding and looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

  • Working in a busy fast paced contact centre environment
  • Managing and motivating Team Leaders
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service targets
  • Planning areas of improvement or development
  • Ensuring that all calls are answered by staff in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Coordinating and motivating call centre staff
  • Setting and meeting performance targets
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints and queries
  • Dealing with the internal recruitment processes
  • Assisting the Team Leaders with the day to day management of teams
  • Assisting with the coaching and development to maximise performance

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Experience in leading and managing call centre teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and multi task
  • Good eye for detail
  • Self motivated

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday including weekends on a rota basis
