A new exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for a Customer Representative to join their team in Coventry. You will join on a full time,permanent basis and will receive a salary of GBP16,500 per annum.

About the Customer Representative role:

In this role you will provide exceptional service to new and existing customers by resolving queries, providing quotes and being a brand ambassador, through engaging and memorable experiences.

You will provide the service and experiences that the business and brand reputation is built on. You will share customer's passion for biking, as they power the business and will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.

As a Customer Representative, you will ensure that every customer receives the highest possible level of service, every time. By demonstrating ownership, passion and knowledge.

The ideal Customer Representative:
