Senior Care Coordinator / Supervisor
Our client, a well-established company that provide a professional, high quality service to the vulnerable and elderly within their own homes are looking to recruit a motivated, compassionate and reliable Senior Care Coordinator / Supervisor to join their team
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of care workers and you'll supervise, manage and monitor their progress. You will be primarily office based co-ordinating care visits using our computer system, but if the need arises you will also be working in the community conducting care duties.
Previous care experience is required and knowledge of quality assurance is desirable. You will be highly proficient in IT packages and have a full UK driving with access to your own car. In addition you will have a proven ability to effectively supervise care staff, have a strong client focus and have exceptional communication skills
