So, what are we looking for?
You've got to like dealing directly with people.
We are completely open as to where your enthusiasm for people comes from. It could be from your time in retail, or hospitality, or leisure, or another contact centre or anywhere where you support and help your customers.
You've got to like listening, with your brain as well as your ears, as our members are going to be relying on you to take them through a process so they can get the right help, quickly.
Empathy is key, so knowing to how to sooth and re-assure worried members is critical and yet there has to be a balance as our members may be in pain, or worried, or overseas - so you've got to be calm, resilient and occasionally firm too.
Finally, you've got to like, or want to like, the telephone! It is a contact centre environment, with an excellent team around you in the heart of Coventry

So what do you get in return?
