Is creating and delivering new business opportunities through a structured sales process so that targets are achieved. You will manage inbound tenders as well as use your natural proactivity to create relationships as a 'trusted advisor' to major corporate clients, earning respect and credibility then using that relationship to win business.
A major brand in the fleet sector with strong market presence earned through having a broad service offering and consistent service delivery. With several of the current management team earning their roles through promotion, they are genuinely an excellent provider of career opportunity for strong performers.
You have a track record in an equivalent role, ideally gained within a FN10/15 LeaseCo. You can build solutions for clients not just provide discount structures and are accustomed to being measured on profit not just volume. You thrive in a business that is focussed on quality and can engage with potential customers accordingly.
