Oliver William Recruitment is looking for a Resourcer to join our expanding recruitment team at the Birmingham Business Park.
We are looking for someone with previous experience within the recruitment industry, who has excellent communication and administration skills who enjoys the day to day challenge of finding the best possible candidates for a variety of different roles.
As a Resourcer with Oliver William Recruitment, your role will involve:
- Sourcing quality candidates for live vacancies across the UK
- Consistently having a proactive approach in attracting quality candidates in the market
- Pre-screening candidates over the telephone ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gage interest
- Ability to gain interest from candidates by promoting the vacancy, benefits package and promoting the culture of our clients to candidates
- Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidates
- Updating and maintaining in house system at all times
The ideal Resourcer candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience of resourcing within a recruitment agency
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, on own initiative as well as within a team
- Excellent level of IT, administrative skills
- Strong ability in understanding requirements for the purpose of sourcing quality candidates
- Ability to deliver results at short notice by being highly proactive

This is a full time, permanent position between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and we are looking to pay a very competitive salary.
