Distributed PMO Officer
One of the fastest growing and successful departments within the Society has an exciting opportunity for a PMO Officer. If you possess the ability to work well within a busy environment, and you are an enthusiastic, vibrant, individual with a passion for change, then this could be the role for you.
The successful candidate will support the Business Change function with change governance by:
*Ensuring appropriate application of the Society's Change Management Framework to projects and programmes.
*Providing quality assurance throughout the stages of a project or programme.
*Working closely with Project Managers to ensure that projects and programmes are on track in terms of budget, plan and delivery scope.
*Support with preparation of documentation for the relevant governance review boards.
*Working closely with stakeholders to continually improve the Society's enterprise-wide change governance processes.
*Act as custodian of the Change Management Framework and its associated artefacts.
*Ensure benefit realisation measurement and lessons learned processes are in place and effective.
This is a wide-ranging role that may also require the individual to become involved in all aspects of project/programme support, including financial management, resource management, and preparation of accurate and high quality reporting and data analysis.
To be considered for this role you must be able to display evidence of supporting projects/programmes using different methodologies. This will be a busy and diverse role so previous experience working within a role that has required excellent planning, organising and communicating skills would be essential. You must be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and challenge appropriately.
