Business Development Manager - Telecoms & IT - Worcester
GBP205,000 - GBP35,000 basic salary with uncapped OTE, car allowance ,Mobile telephone and Laptop .
Our cllients rapidly expanding Telecoms business is looking for high performing, proactive Field Sales Executives to join our clients successful team of Sales Professionals selling to Businesses across Worcestershire. Successful candidates need to be hungry for success; looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company. The successful applicant must be articulate and presentable, but most of all be willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
•Representing the brand in Worcester to a high value patch of businesses
•Responsible for meeting targets through pro-actively selling solutions and services to business customers
•Creating and Maintaining a strong prospect pipeline
•Maximising solutions to the existing customer base of over 50,000 Businesses in the territory
•Identify new customers and develop long term consultative relationships face to face
•With excellect training, develop a good knowledge and understanding of the business portfolio - telephone system technologies including VOIP, convergent voice and data systems, internet access and WAN solution, mobile, calls & lines packages, and mobile solutions.
Telecoms or IT experience is essential ; along with a proven track record of delivering excellent sales results.
•Previous experience of Field Sales is preferred but not essential.
•Well presented, self-motivated with the drive to succeed.
•Professional approach to team and client relationships
•Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
Experience in business to business sales covering Avaya IP Office and Mitel would be a benefit.
