Sellick Partnership are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper for a local and growing SME based in Newcastle-under-Lyme on a permanent and full-time basis.

The candidate will have regular contact with the external Accountant and will be responsible for the day-to-day Bookkeeping of the business. The duties of the successful Bookkeeper will include:

* Batching, recording and creating invoices
* Providing quotations and purchase orders
* Running and managing SAGE Payroll for all the staff
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Managing and overseeing the cash flow
* Overseeing the invoicing process and preparing payments for suppliers
* Overseeing credit control and taking necessary steps
* Provide monthly management accounts and other ad hoc financial information
* Daily bank receipts and petty cash postings and monitoring of actual cash performance

The suitable candidate will have relevant experience within a similar role. SAGE Payroll experience would be ideal but not essential.
