Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: GBP18,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus Structure + Company Benefits (OTE GBP26,000)

The Role

In the short-term, you will be responsible for proactively researching, prospecting, cold calling and consulting with clients of any size; utilising the group marketing resource with the aim of developing qualified appointments for the field-based sales professionals to explore. You will be expected to be a company ambassador and role model; upholding the core values of customer centricity along with honesty and ethical practice at all times whilst providing customers with exceptional levels of service.

The Candidate

* A track record in a B2B or B2C sales environment is considered desirable
* A driven individual with a positive outlook, Honesty and Integrity
* Positive, resilient and tenacious approach
* Money-motivated and target-driven
* Experience of working to KPI's in an outbound lead-generation of business development capacity would also be considered desirable.
* Ambition to want to progress your career would see the ideal candidate flourish into a field-based sales capacity
* Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial acumen

Development Plan

Successful applicants will be enrolled into a continuous and progressive sales training academy which will involve internal and external training courses. Individuals who exhibit a true desire to succeed should expect to progress into a field-based sales role or an Account Management capacity
