Job Title: Resourcing Business ExecutiveCompany: Reed Talent SolutionsBase Location: CoventrySalary: GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 dependant on experience (pro rata based on part time hours), plus GBP3,000 bonus earning potential Contract: 12 months fixed term contract initially with a view to potentially going permHours: Part Time, Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm (these hours can be slightly negotiated on)
What the role looks like:
Reed Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Resourcing Business Executive to work on one of our outsourced managed service recruitment contracts within our client portfolio in the financial services sector. The role will assist the Account Manager who is based at the client's main head office in London, to manage the delivery of operational requirements for the client base in Coventry.
The role will involve working with our internal supplier team, sitting in on development plans and recruitment review meetings with the client, involvement with employee development plans and termination meeting, the admin involved with supporting the recruitment process, meeting new starters and support the bulk recruitment every 2 weeks.
This role is about building client relationships.The initial training for the role will involve a week at the head office site in central London (expenses will be paid) so please be aware that you will need to be able to attend for this.
Who makes a good Resourcing Business Executive?
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the complete recruitment process from attraction through to job offer. Experience of working as part of an on-site resourcing or account management team, or the ability to demonstrate a knowledge of complex recruitment within the recruitment industry. We are looking for someone with volume/specialist/MSP/RPO/on-site recruitment experience.
You will need to have experience of establishing close working relationships with external and internal stakeholders quickly, and have the ability to understand the contractual obligations of a strategic account. You will also need to be literate in PC packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
