As an established company, they have a proven record of mentoring employees and have overseen some of the most impressive new housing projects throughout the Coventry and Warwickshire region.
Your new role
Your role as an Assistant Site Manager is to work alongside the Site Manager in order to ensure the smooth running of your designated site. You will be assisting the Site Manager in managing an existing project in Warwickshire, with a view to working on future sites across the region. Responsibilities will include snagging on houses that are nearing completion, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to and good practice is maintained at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be assisting the Site Manager on an established site. Therefore you will need experience in helping to organise trades and labour, checking quality of work, and ensuring that Health and Safety guidelines are met. Preferably you will need experience in working on new housing projects and hold a valid SMSTS certification. In addition, the successful candidate will have ambitions to progress within the business and a willingness to learn.
