You will be provided with the tools needed to really develop you skills and will gain a thorough understanding of IT Infrastructure in the process. About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented IT support Analyst with a some solid experience in a 2nd Line Support position , ideally with some knowledge Citrix and Group Policy which has been used in a commercial environment within an I.T Support team. The 2nd Line IT support Analyst will assist in the resolution of end user support issues across multiple sites, logging incidents and queries, and aiming to resolve first time fixes as often as possible. You will be supporting internal staff across multiple sites as well as customers on a daily basis. We are looking for an 2nd Line IT support Analyst with strong customer / end user support experience and a passion for I.T service support. Ideally your background will have involved supporting Windows based systems. This 2nd line Support position is offering between 20,000 and 23,000 dependent on experience.
