My client based in the Worcestershire area is recruiting a sales administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

The main objective of this role is to ensure that the day to day operational administrative tasks are carried out
efficiently to support the sales office.

The main responsibilities include:

- Screening incoming calls and passing them on accordingly
- Support Sales office with relevant enquiries
- Provide support for the production and distribution of sales materials
- Produce invoices and liaise with accounts department on a daily basis
- Ensure relevant payments are made accordingly with support of Accounts team
- Update Customer database accordingly
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is issued accordingly
- Support colleagues as and when required
- General admin tasks as required

The main characteristics required for this role include

- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to use own initiative
- Confident personality
- Good IT Skills incl Word, Excel and Powerpoint

The hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1830 and the salary on offer is between GBP16-18,000, DOE
