10 x Customer Service Administrators are required by a blue chip organisation to assist with their busiest period of the year. Based at their offices in Stoke on Trent you will be required to:

- Handle customer queries & complaints in a call centre environment
- Advise customers on the status of tracked mail and the delivery status of in-progress mail and parcel items
- Provide general advice and guidance to customers and/or forward queries you are unable to support to the correct member of staff
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer service are maintained and a first class customer experience is provided to its customers

The Person
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Previous Customer Service experience either directly in a Call Centre environment or in a similar customer-focussed role
- Ability to work under pressure and to targets
- Strong keyboard skills and familiarity with basic Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
The Shifts
- You need to be available between 8am-6pm Mon- Sat with one rotation day off in the week
- Flexible start times throughout the week may be required
- You will be engaged on a temporary contract running from 23/10/2017 to 26/01/2017

What we need from you
- Available to start work Tuesday 24th October 2017
- Flexibility to work different shift arrangements where necessary
- Availability on Saturdays each week and 4 other mid-week days on all shifts
- Must pass a criminal record check
