Temporary Administrator - Immediately Available
SF Group are looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator for a Global Service business based in Redditch. This is short term temporary assignment for 4-6 weeks, working on a specific time specific project. This role will support a new project role out for the whole business (internationally). You will be working with a large team of Administrators to ensure project completion.
The key duties of the role include:
- To keep hard copy filing systems up to date
- High volumes of envelope filling
- Handling enquires via telephone, professionally and courteously, within service levels
- Providing admin support to the internal teams and managers
- Working specifically where the ability to respond to changing customer needs and priorities are key
