Large commercial organisation with a nationwide footprint are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Advisor to join them for a period of 3-4 months

Your new role
Working as part of a larger HR team, you will be supporting the wider team with tasks such as updating employee records, issuing terms and contracts. You will also support recruitment activity, ensuring that adverts are prepared, interviews arranges and any candidate checks are completed in a timely manner. Supporting your regional network of sites, you will also provide advice to line managers over the phone, regarding ER cases, managing absence and supporting employees.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has experience of working as part of a wider HR team and has previously provided HR advice and guidance. This is a short term temporary post to cover an increase in workload, therefore candidates should be immediately available.
