Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Hixon. We are currently recruiting for 2 Purchasing Administrators to join an existing team. Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.
THE JOB ROLE
- To advise staff and managers regarding correct implementation of Purchasing policies and procedures
- Provide clerical support to the Buyers as necessary - including spreadsheets.
- Provide research and analysis support.
- Assist in the creation of tender document packages.
- Assist in the order placement process.
- Assist in the Invoice reconciliation process.
- Expediting of Purchase Orders.
- Maintenance of Purchasing files and records.
- Assist in the minimising of non-core activity.
- Temp - Perm contract working 8am - 4:30 Monday - Friday
- Proven Administration Experience
- Must be able to use your own initiative
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be able to drive due to location.
- To have worked in a similar role
- Dealing with invoices
- Computer Literate
