Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant - Birmingham

We are looking for graduates from all subjects although a strong academic background in English and Maths is required.

This position would suit an energetic graduate teaching assistant who holds or is set achieve a 2:1 in your degree. You must have versatile communication abilities and a personality that inspires. You should possess a desire to progress learning and a firm desire to begin a career in teaching

At this Inner-City School, as a Teaching Assistant you will be working specifically within a class in Upper Key Stage 2, providing one to one and small group support both inside and outside of the classroom. You will have the chance to lead individual sessions with particularly gifted or challenging pupils and help to run smaller 'booster' groups.
