Role Profile:

* The payroll & administration co-ordinator works within the recruitment function of the telent Human Resources Department to ensure administrative support to the TSS team to cover annual leave and busy workloads periods. This role supports payroll, resourcing , and administration activities.

Typical Deliverables:


* Loading timesheets into systems for pay purposes;
* To set up new suppliers and limited companies;
* To ensure the monitoring, calculation and reporting of holiday for PAYE contractors;
* To log, process and ensure payment to all contractor types;
* To ensure queries are resolved in an efficient time frame;
* To create and maintain different types of spread sheets.


* The upkeep of archiving and filing where applicable;
* To ensure daily post is opened and dated;
* To ensure correct disposal of all daily confidential waste;
* Ad hoc duties when required.


* Logging CV's;
* Arranging Interviews;
* Chasing feedback;
* Communicating recruitment progress with HM's, Candidates and TSS/HR Colleagues;
* Logging advertisement response;
* Dealing with telephone queries;
* Candidate screening and reporting.

Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:

* Excel skills to intermediate/expert level;
* MS Office Applications to intermediate level.
