This successful, fast paced, and ambitious engineering company is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Manager to support their operations. This role will be very demanding, helping them to ensure the production quality and prevention of machine issues - in summary other duties will include: - Co-ordinating departmental resource to ensure assets are maintained at the appropriate standard - Overseeing the operation of systems to develop and execute maintenance schedules - Training, developing & motivating personnel and helping team members develop their skills - Investigating operational problems affecting production and recommending solutions - Responding to emergency calls - Supporting new product/equipment introductions - Managing third-party resource - Assisting in developing plant layout in planning rearrangement of facilities, equipment and operations - Establishing and managing critical spares inventory - Ensuring quality systems and procedures are adhered to and revised in line with CI philosophy The perfect candidate will have: - 5 years' experience in maintenance management role - Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry - Familiar with EHS legislation relating to maintenance processes/procedures; - Ability to solve problems - Computer literate - Ability to prioritise and achieve strict deadlines to complete projects to a high standard - Ability to work within a team - Effective communication skills - Proactive self-starter Get the Recruitment Genius Advantage today.
